Dr. McQuitty in Carmel was professional, thorough, and very kind. Qi and Angie were incredibly patient and helpful while assisting many customers at once and made the entire process smooth.
At the Noblesville location, Veronika (who has been with Walmart for over 27 years) went above and beyond helping my wife find the perfect frames while managing everything by herself. She was friendly, patient, and constantly helping customers while keeping the area organized.

On a day where no one else was open because of the cold temps… Walmart (Qi) specifically was able to help me and set me up with rushed shipping so that I would have my sunglasses before vacation. Very friendly and super helpful.
I decided to have my old glasses fitted with my new prescription. The lady working was too busy on her phone, I had to ask excuse me. At that point I'm like do I want to deal with this place. Then Erwin came out he's the man, he took his time fitting 3 pairs and explained the process. I received the glasses in about a week. They did break one pair, however replaced it with a like kind frame. Good service for sure.
