Very beneficial experience with lots of learning about how to help keep my body in its peak condition. Finally feeling back to my old self before my injury. Definitely book minimum 90 minutes, because that time flies by!
Loved meeting Jeremiah. He put me at ease the minute we met. I haven't had a massage in ages and I can't wait to go back. His knowledge, professionalism and personality were all top notch.
I have recommended Spirit of Touch to many friends! Jeremiah is a great massage therapist, I have scoliosis and am always in less pain and have increased mobility after a massage with him. I can’t recommend highly enough!
