No front desk or or busy waiting area. I always feel like my appointments are catered to me personally. Chez Michells spa is quaint, private, updated, very clean with a peaceful ambiance. “I always call or visit Mindy for my skincare needs. After COVID began and I moved to another state, I struggled with cystic acne from wearing a mask for long periods of time. After one conversation via video call, Mindy recommended the products that would clear my skin right up and sent them my way. It took a couple of months due to how severe the cystic acne was but to date, my skin is now glowing and clear. Cannot recommend her enough.“

“So far I have experienced four facials, two brow lamination treatments, and one brow touch up tint. I have thyroid issues and had severe loss of my brows, or so I thought. Ashley has been able to make me look like I have beautiful eyebrows once again.I have had several facials over my life time, but never have I left a spa feeling so amazing. Depending on the service you choose facials may include a cleanse (some double), masks with a steam treatment, dermaplaning, hot towels, and the icing on the cake a neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage. The best part is she loves what she does and that is apparent in the attention to detail that she gives every time.“

“My experience is for a skin cancer removal Dr Zeph did. From the moment I entered the waiting room, the assistants were friendly, professional and reassuring. Dr Zeph explained the procedure in detail and gave me detailed instructions about what I would need to do and what I could expect. Surgery was in Carmel Ambulatory clinic - fantastic staff!! I’m approximately two months post surgery and the scar is so thin and neat (if that makes sense)! Like his assistants, Dr Zeph is very patient with questions, kind and it’s obvious he is a gifted and experienced surgeon.“

“Calm, relaxing and quiet. If you need to slip away from the hectic day you've had. Here is where you need to go. I have had only nail services done here and those were so nice! Wear the robes they offer, wear the slippers! My ONLY issue is with the crunchy snacks offered. When your in the quiet room and feeling it, then someone comes in crunching....it ruins it. So maybe offer quieter foods. Lol. Otherwise come here, be wowed and if you need nail services, as for Marqueta. She's so nice and fun!“
