Kate, the owner, offered to hold her during my wax and immediately calmed her down. Though I was slightly embarrassed to disrupt the aura of the space, I was incredibly grateful to her for stepping in and for Peyton being so understanding. I truly had the most relaxing, transformational spa experience with the Signature Package for an 80 minute massage and facial. Bridgette was hands down the best massage I have ever received! She had all my stress and muscle tension wiped away within minutes. She is seriously a miracle worker! Alicia is also the best aesthetician I’ve ever worked with! She gave me great ideas for future facials as well as recommendations on products. The signature facial is truly an experience worth spending for. I also want to thank Cathy for being so exceptionally warm and welcoming- I knew right away when being greeted by her I was about to really enjoy my spa package! Village Spa really sets the bar with their standards. I would highly, highly recommend anyone looking for a genuine spa day to book here.
