Went to Spenga for the first time today and it was great. The hour flew by and doing 3 different types of exercise; spin bike, weights for strength and yoga! The instructor Heather was amazing and kept the class engaged. Thank you for my first class!
Really appreciated the instructor taking time to help me set up my bike and show me around at my first class! I like the format a lot of switching to different exercises every 20 minutes. Planning to come back again soon!
After going to the gym pretty regularly for a few months, I've been looking for place like this to amp up my fitness game. I signed up for a trial class and was instantly obsessed. Not only were the workouts themselves just the right amount of challenging, but everything from the incredibly friendly, and welcoming front desk staff to the encouraging and knowledgeable instructors was just magnetic. I ended up signing up for several sessions following the free trial session. I cannot wait to see where this takes me and to become part of the SPENGA family!
