Skylar. She is it. Every single time, she delivers. She is consistent and confident and my hair looks effortless and beautiful because of her elevated highlighting system. Overall salon is so cute and friendly. This is a group of people that are there to work. Easy and uncomplicated, Harbor (Skylar) has been and will continue to be my hair home!

I was on instagram looking for someone who specializes in blondes & I found Skylar! She did such an amazing job from consultation to the hair cut and of course the color! I will definitely be back, she transformed my hair and made me feel so welcomed! Thank you skylar!
Rylee gave me a transformational haircut and it looks phenomenal! She was able to mimic the inspo photos I had and tweaked everything to achieve my exact vision. The salon is so cute and she is friendly, kind, and highly capable. She was helpful in teaching me what I needed to do to maintain my cut and style it without being pushy about products. Her prices were really reasonable and I’ve already recommended her to my friends. Highly recommend booking with Rylee!
