I have spoke to Eric over the phone a couple times over the span of several years regarding some concerns I had with pests in our house. He was so incredibly helpful at answering my questions and did not even try and push any services. Hopefully we never actually need pest control services but if we do, I’ll be calling Eric!

We recently used G&G and were extremely impressed from start to finish. They were professional, courteous, and very informative throughout the entire process without ever feeling pushy or sales-driven. Eric took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and was very reasonable with pricing and recommendations.

What stood out most was their responsiveness…communication was fast, reliable, and professional every step of the way. It’s hard to find companies that combine great customer service with honesty and professionalism, but they absolutely delivered. Highly recommend!

My husband called G&G Termite and Pest Control about what we thought might be a termite issue, and Eric was incredibly helpful. Instead of trying to sell us services we didn’t need, he took the time to explain how to tell the difference between termites and carpenter bees and gave honest advice on what to check ourselves. We really appreciated the professionalism, knowledge, and integrity. It’s refreshing to find a company that genuinely wants to help instead of just making a sale.
