Critter Control performed a very thorough examination of our house and identified animal entry points and the type of critters that frequent our home. They fully explained the remediation plan for our home including scheduled follow up visits. We feel comfortable that this company will eliminate our critter problem once and for all.

I was having trouble with birds entering the attic through air vents. The Critter Control team covered the air vents with screening and then discovered the birds were getting in through the dryer vent, which had supposedly been recently cleaned by another company, but was actually not attached to the dryer or the attic vent on the roof. They attached the dryer hose and will soon install a dryer vent exhaust guard to prevent bird entry. I felt the team really wanted to solve the problem and not just collect a check like the so-called dryer vent cleaning company did.
