Had a window installed at my home last year — the window itself turned out fine, but the process to get there was rough. Scheduling was difficult and the whole installation took around 6 months to complete.
What's really prompting this review is the lack of follow-through since. The old window had a screen, but it wasn't reinstalled with the new one. I've emailed the company multiple times (most recently following up on an initial request) asking whether a screen should've been included or if I could order one, and I haven't gotten a single response.
A missing screen is a small thing to fix, but the silence isn't a good look. If someone from the team reaches out to… read full review
We recently purchased a historic home and discovered a couple of the windows that were installed in the 90's were not opening and closing correctly. Brett came out to our house and very quickly figured out what was wrong and did an adjustment on the window right away and had it closing again with no issues. What is noteworthy about this is he would not take payment for his call out or time, he had it fixed so quickly! I had no idea how to get the window to close, he could very easily have made this job into something it was not. Finding a contractor with honesty, integrity who returns calls and shows up is priceless. Thank you.
