Extremely disappointing experience. At 39 weeks pregnant, I wanted a relaxing pedicure with my sister, but instead we dealt with rude, dismissive, and unprofessional service. We repeatedly explained what we wanted, only to be ignored while they pushed unnecessary $20 gel upgrades. When we spoke up, they argued instead of apologizing, and my sister’s pedicure was aggressively filed off and redone out of frustration. They also laughed at customers’ concerns and made rude comments about regular polish being “cheap.” If regular polish is offered, customers shouldn’t be treated poorly for choosing it. We were paying customers who simply wanted to be listened to and respected. Absolutely no friendly customer service, and we will not be returning.
I was skeptical at first but it was so close to home I wanted to try it out. I just moved to Indiana so I have been trying to find my go to spots. I felt a little rushed and my comments ignored during the process but overall my nails came out great! I got a basic pedicure with gel and a full set with gel!”
