“There’s a reason this salon is so highly recommended, so let me add my experience to the 5 star crowd.<br><br>1. I reached out early in the morning to see if they could accommodate me on a very busy Friday after work due to a change in my schedule. They were able to fit me in - but I know that wasn’t easy because it is a very busy salon.<br><br>2. I brought in a PRESS ON NAIL to show them the look, the color, and the shape I wanted 🤣. We had a laugh comparing the colors until we mutually agreed on a close matching shade I liked. Christine was very diligent explaining it would be a little darker that the press on. At that point, I wanted my toes to match. Although she didn’t have time to do a full pedicure, she very graciously offered to change my toenail polish, which I gladly paid for! Even with a polish change, she was so conscientious in trimming and shaping my nails.<br><br>3. Dip powder with new tips. Let me start with this: I haven’t had great experiences lately. Without going into all the details let’s just say my former salon was failing. Something changed after my preferred manicurist left. I was getting thick, blobby, wavy nails, chrome finish dimpling and denting, a cut foot, and ripped cuticles. Here is where Christine absolutely knocked it out of the park.<br><br>Communicating with me the entire time, at every step, making sure everything was exactly what I wanted and asked for. Even with adding new tips she was able to keep them slimmer profile and that takes EXTRA care. She was so kind and caring that I am absolutely thrilled.<br><br>Now they’re going to be stuck with me.💛😊. Thank you for excellent work and outstanding customer service!”
