Janae did a wonderful job with my haircut. She was professional but also made me feel comfortable. The receptionist asked me if I wanted something to drink and was very friendly, the lobby is beautiful with wonderful lighting and plants abundant. Pure Concepts is a fantastic salon! Sophie took such good care of me. She was very educated and knew exactly what my scalp and hair was going to need. She recommended products for future use if I wanted to try them next time. I’m very happy to have a great salon so close to home!Services: Waxing

Came in for a regular haircut with Grace and beyond impressed. Grace is newer, but took her time listening and adjusting to nail a perfect cut. Admittedly, I wasn't too sure what I wanted when I came in, but she worked with me to make a plan along the way. Grace took her time making sure everything was even, and regularly checked in to make sure I liked the direction the cut was going. The woman at the front desk was kind at check in. salon was quiet, clean, and had adequate parking. Will be my regular hair cut place from here on out!
