Prime Climate handled a complex A/C dismantlement in about three hours, with a technician who carefully labeled each component and explained the process. Another visit resolved a faulty thermostat in under an hour after a first company misdiagnosed it as a new furnace issue. A portable A/C problem was fixed quickly by replacing a faulty fan motor, with clear explanations throughout. Preventive maintenance was also completed on time, including replacing a worn-out filter and checking refrigerant levels.
At first I was afraid the technician would just fly through the maintenance but he spent a good hour going over every part and even located a small problem with a duct that had been missed on prior trips. this visit felt like a much more comprehensive one and I feel more confidence in my system's performance for the next season than I did last year.
