I worked with Ella and she was amazing. She was very attentive, asked great questions, and made sure she understood what I wanted before starting. She gave me an amazing wash cut and style. With my long hair I have had issues in the past with stylists not listening or not doing a proper consultation but Ella really made me feel heard and took the time to talk everything through with me first.
Absolutely stunning results. My stylist was so nice, professional, courteous, and all the above a pleasure to work with. The teacher who assisted helped me to choose a look that I will cherish forever. It's a new me 😁 I personally feel like this was an amazing experience and I look forward to coming back again and again 🥰. Also I am disabled and needed accomodations through out and the staff was happy to help:)
