What a great and caring clinic! While my cats already had their annual shots this year at a previous clinic, I brought in my FIV cat to establish care and was worried about a possible ear infection. Every staff member I interacted with was helpful and super caring. They also made my anxious little guy super comfortable! The vet wasn't rushing us out the door either. He took his time to address my concerns, answer questions, and was super friendly. I left the clinic knowing exactly what was going on with my FIV cat, with medication and detailed instructions on how to help his ear infection. The price is not expensive either! Dr Shake & his staff are amazing! Been taking my fur babies to T&C for years & when the time came to say goodbye to my boy they were compassionate & sent a hand written card from the staff. What a blessing to have such a wonderful Veterinarian family!

My border collie was written off as aging and arthritic at our previous vet. I was increasingly unhappy with their services and switched all of my animals to Town & Country, where they immediately discovered my BC’s torn ACL and concerning liver levels from the medication prescribed at the other vet. They referred him to M.A.S.C. for surgery and he is as good as new. We couldn’t be more thankful to the wonderful staff who took the time to listen to us and look into our concerns. They’ve been great with all of the dogs and have our loyalty for sure!
