I cant say enough about their professionalism. They had an issue they missed the first time out. I called them around lunch time and they had somebody out here by 2. It ended up being a bigger issue than they thought. They got the parts out here, and the needed in the manpower. They stayed until they got it done. Which was probably around seven. They did all the extra work for no additional charge and apologized for not catching it the first time , They are very stand up guys , I would highly recommend them. Fair and honest.
Kyle came out today and gave me very detailed findings on my 18 year old HVAC system. I am impressed by his knowledge. Kyle was not trying to push me towards any one option on repairs.
I used Summers about 10 years ago at another home and was impressed then. Their business model has not changed and that's a good thing.
John and Tervon came out for a routine plumbing inspection and they were very through and knowledgable and I appreciate all the work they did and enjoyed talking with them. Highly recommended!
