I highly recommend Riverway plumbing. They did an excellent job on estimating, price and service. They fixed my basement drain where another company could not and they didn’t even keep trying. Marco went above and beyond to do it right and he cared. He was very knowledgeable and even cleaned up after. He checked everything before he left to make sure it worked. This company is the best. Marco was great, but I think Riverway plumbing teaches all their employees the knowledge and how to treat the customers the best they can!
We had a leaky kitchen faucet and one we decided we wanted to replace with a more modern sensor faucet we had bought, so called Riverway to come out and do the job. For a reasonable price ($165), they sent someone who came and did the job in less than an hour--a job I'm not even sure I could have done on my own over a day or two, given the corrosion and need to saw some pieces off the old faucet attachments below! The fella they sent was well equipped to do the job, courteous, and fast, so we couldn't have been happier.
They came out and installed a new spigot for us, and when we had a small issue (caused by the a part issue, not the installer), they came right back out and wound up replacing the entire spigot for free. Aaron J was very polite and quick, I really appreciated him and the riverway team.
