I called them the morning after the storm. The project manager Mathew came that afternoon. He was polite and explained everything step by step. The project was completed the next week in one day. They handled everything and had a good working relationship with my insurance company. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Rapid Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish. They provided a cost estimate within 48 hours, scheduled the work quickly, and completed the entire project in one day. The crew protected my property, cleaned the driveway and yard thoroughly, and even returned the next day to run a magnet for nails. The roof looks great, and I highly recommend Rapid Roofing.

Wayne and his team at Rapid Roofing are great. We appreciate very much their experience, knowledge and professionalism. Based on his experience, Wayne encouraged us to pursue our insurance carrier for a full roof replacement after the June 2024 wind storm in our area. The insurance company finally agreed and Wayne and his installation team then did a great job putting on the new roof and gutter guards while dealing with some special issues. After installation Brandi on the office team kept in constant contact with the insurance claim people until the damage estimate was complete and accurate, including the special issues, and all appropriate claim payments were made.... read full review
