The Btown Planned Parenthood is great. Got my consultation done super quickly and respectfully. These are incredibly caring people who have your best interests in mind. It's good to know that even in deep red state such compassionate healthcare exists. Can't recommend them enough!

I had to get an IUD for emergency contraception. I walked in close to closing time and they welcomed me in and were able to do it. It was not the smoothest procedure but Danielle was amazing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I would definitely reccommend.

I’ve been a patient at PPH Bloomington for about two years, and they’ve always taken great care of me. Every visit has been a positive experience. Danielle is the best and she makes sure to explain everything very thoroughly. The staff are always welcoming and treat everyone with the highest respect.

This place is a HUGE waste of both money and time!! This particular planned parenthood is truly pitiful and pathetic due to the lack of decent and competent management and service! An equally important reason that this place is so terrible is because of the fact that the appointment making process is so unbelievably chaotic and simply unorganized and the prices are unfathomably and irrationally expensive for literally no reason!! We are truthfully and fully not exaggerating when we say that out of all of the organizations and institutions that we have ever been in or done business with, this place fits neither category of an institution or an organization because, realistically, this planned parenthood is much more like a clown-show or an unfunny, money stealing, time consuming joke than anything else! We have absolutely no shame in publicly and accurately rating this joke of a place an absolute 0/10 based on our personal experiences with it!!

Genuinely speaking, this planned parenthood is honestly just terrible! Both the management and the quality of the service is horrendously bad! The employees based on our personal experience acted like they were just halfway doing their jobs. Another thing was the service is so unbelievably slow as well because we had to wait an absurd amount of time to just get called when there was nobody else even in there! We where all really aggravated the rest of that day! Overall, out of the bottom of my heart, after the horrible experience that we personally had, I have no shame rating this planned parenthood an absolute 0/10!

I personally hate how this planned parenthood in the mighty B-town is the only thing about Bloomington that I truthfully dislike about it. I went there with my family and let me tell you, we did NOT have an enjoyable time there! They have really bad waiting time and management as well.

Danielle is the best. Had a Pap smear and on a different occasion an iud removal. She is so warm and caring and so gentle I swear I had no idea these procedures could be painless and quick. If you have any procedures that require getting…up there in your business…try to make sure it’s Danielle.

Everyone here is very friendly, the nurse was very welcoming and personable too! I was very comfortable when I went in for an IUD replacement and had Danielle. She is the best of the best, she made sure I was comfortable and made the process quick and painless.

I usually don’t write reviews but i’ve had a great experience at PPH in Bloomington. I initially went in for an IUD but when my body was rejecting it, I made another appointment to change to an implant. Danielle is seriously the best doctor i’ve had for my birth control methods and always took my concerns very seriously. Even though these procedures are generally uncomfortable, she has always made everything feel a million times more comfortable and has the best personality! She’s very caring and explains everything she does in detail , while also making you feel comfortable! The people at the front desk and nurses are the most friendly people i’ve ever encountered at a doctors office which makes appointments a lot less grueling! You will be in great care!
