Got my first cut here and was pleased with how it looked walking out. Now that it’s grown-in for a couple weeks, I can say without a doubt that this is the best haircut I have ever received. Better than any of the haircuts I got in SF for twice the price, better than the ones in LA that were 3x the price. Great establishment staffed by lovely people who make the experience wonderful from start to finish. Tamoko is a wizard. Owner is a hoot. I feel incredibly lucky to have found such a talented stylist out here in Bloomington and I will be returning every 8 weeks like clockwork. If you have Asian hair and are looking for amazing coloring/hair services, book an appointment with Tomoko! I always go to her when my hair needs a complete makeover. She always cuts my hair in a way that leaves it voluminous and shiny! She understands coloring really well. My hair appointments are always finished off with a beautiful blowout that lasts for days! My appointments with her tend to be a few hours but that's because black Asian hair is slow to lift. The average price for my bleach, tone, and cut has been about $190-$210.
