I called Larry and he was able to stop by (same day) and give me a quote for stump removal and site leveling. He was very honest and upfront about the project, including how he would be happy to grind the stumps down for me, but the site leveling was outside of his scope and that I would be better off financially to find someone with an excavator who could remove the stumps, bring in stone, and level the area all at the same time. I probably don’t need to tell you how rare it is to find someone who is willing to pass up on earning money for their business because they are looking out for your best interests. After many attempts to find a good stump removal company I struck gold with Larry. In business you can’t please everyone. I see some of these comments about Larry and I can’t believe what I am reading. At 88 he is still producing quality work in Bloomington at a fare price.
