We recently had our roof & gutters repaced after significant tornado damage from last spring. I was very happy with the job Koontz did. They were quick to complete the roof in a couple of days. When we had some minor conerns, they responded in a timely manner and got everthing resolved.
Our neighbors and ourselves hired Koontz to replace the roof on our shared wall condo in NW Bloomington based on excellent references from our neighbors. The project was executed with excellent performance. The roofing crew was a well choreographed machine, working efficiently with nobody standing around. As work on the roof itself was winding down, the available crew members did a wonderful job of cleaning up the debris from the ground. We are completely pleased with the work performed and will not hesitate to recommend Koontz to others.
I 100% recommend Koontz roofing. They did a tremendous job. Put the roof on in one day. The roof held up all winter and is still going strong. A wind storm recently dropped a huge branch on it, and there wasn’t a scratch on it. I don’t hand out five stars unless I absolutely mean it. The price was totally reasonable. Zero complaints. They were nice people, too.
