I recently received with a used car and the ignition key only worked when inserted in a certain orientation. I called J & S, and the master technician, although unsure if the key was the actual issue, told me come by to see if he could cut a correct version of the key from a blank they had on site. He cut the new key so that it would work no matter which way it went into the ignition in just 5 minutes. I paid $70.
I went back a few days later and he was able to cut two keys with built-in fobs that I bought from Amazon without error and for an amazing price, and I linked them up to my car myself.
Rick and his team in service are AWESOME! So friendly and eager to help me with my mower situation. I will absolutely be back for service and to buy equipment. Old school style service (meaning friendly and appreciative of the customer and takes the time to do the job correctly). Changed out blades on my Spartan mower when I couldn’t get the bolts loose to be able to do it myself. They got me in quickly and had them changed out and sharpened! Thank you Rick!!

I needed 2 keys for my SUV. The key I had been using for years stopped working, not unlocking the doors and it would no longer work in the ignition. The guys done a great job fixing the 1 that quit working and also made me a new one. They even tried them on my SUV to make sure they worked properly. They (all the workers) were so kind and friendly. They are my go to guys for fixing and replacing keys.
