Based on the reviews, IU Health Primary Care - Bloomington West has some wonderful providers. Dr. Knudsen was down to earth and took as much time as needed, creating an upbeat atmosphere with a nice nurse and front desk girl. Emily Lister is wonderful, warm, kind, caring, and engaging. Dr. Knabel provides personal care, and everything from digital comms to registration was quick, easy, and on point. Beverly Shamloo is helpful and very informative. However, some customer service people at this location are absolutely nasty. Overall, everyone does an amazing job and are truly wonderful.
Dr Knudsen was so down to earth and took as much time as I needed. She told me she can run late because she does this with all her patients...which I think is marvelous. The nurse and the girl at front desk were both very nice..professional..and just seemed like an upbeat atmosphere.
Dr. Lister is warm, kind, caring, engaging, and highly intelligent. I look forward to continuing my path to health with her guidance. I’m happy to have her as my new primary care physician.
Establishing new care is not an easy process. Dr. Knudson was amazing from start to finish. She immediately creates a safe environment which led to a better patient/provider experience. She even noted I was due for a colonoscopy, addressed my worries, and set up a plan of care. I left feeling better about my health trajectory.
