Had follow up after stint placed in bile duct at IU Health Hospital with Rachel Hanna. Was still having a lot of pain. She took time to listen and work out a plan for pain control due to probable pancreatic cancer. She was genuinely compassionate and concerned.
I was looking for a family doctor because I didn’t have one. I had another appointment with a different provider, but needed to be seen sooner than I was scheduled. Made an appointment with Nurse Practitioner Rachel Hanna. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. She is compassionate and funny and went above and beyond any expecting I have had of a medical professional. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and her work.
