This was a great experience. I have had chiropractic care on and off for over 40 yrs and now that I am older and my spine more degenerative I had stopped searching for a good chiropractor because they were not specific enough and too forceful, especially in my cervical region. I needed a gentle very specific technique and as a manually trained physical therapist myself, I could only do so much for myself. Dr Maryann Bough’s technique and counsel worked wonders in just 2 sessions. She was willing to dialogue and adjust depending upon what I was comfortable with.
