I went into Hoosier Eye Doctor for a scheduled examination as a new patient and arrived 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. The staff were kind enough to let me inside (the appointment was scheduled at the time they open), but the kindness ended there. The receptionist was curt, and all of the other office staff seemed tense. I brushed it off because, whatever, people have bad days. A gentleman came in while I was waiting and was escorted to the examination room. My appointment was at 9am, and at 9:30 they did a glaucoma screening since I still had not been called back. Truly the definition of 5 stars. Dr. Joe and the staff were extremely welcoming, comforting, and informative. I could tell they really cared about my health and they helped rule out every scare I had. I'm definitely coming back here - this is the best eye doctor in Bloomington by far. Thanks Hoosier Eye Doctor!
