Jeff is AWESOME. I have nothing bad to say whatsoever. Twice, he has came to help me unlock my manual car that magically will lock. Super fast, extremely affordable (I’ve been charged three times the amount), and pleasant service. Literally, best lockout I could ask for. THANKS!

Locked my keys in my trunk at Lowe's 9 minutes before they closed. Not an ideal situation for a wife making a last minute run by herself. The very nice gentleman answered promptly, collected basic information and said he'd see me in about 20 minutes. He and his very pleasant furry back-up arrived within 15! About 10 minutes later I was on the road with ZERO damage and for what I considered an incredibly reasonable price. If you are in a position to need help from a kind, competent and affordable locksmith around Bloomington, IN, I cannot recommend highly enuf! I didn't think to ask his name. I wish I had but I was a little frazzled.

Jeff did a great job for our family rekeying locks, even one non-standard lock set. He was there about an hour and a half after I called, and was friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
