I have been going to Dr McTeague for 20 plus years and she and her staff are #1. I am always treated with respect and my needs first. Everyone there is so willing to do anything and everything they can to help. Dr McTeague and her staff get a rating of 10+ they are #1 !!

Unnecessary surgery. Told an aide to take out the stitches. Aide failed and left them in. Pain for several weeks before the physician did what she have done in the first place.

Great doctor. Knowledgeable, compassionate and diagnosed my condition in 1 visit after 2 doctors and 2 nurse practitioners couldn't in over a year.

I made my son an appt while he was under my husbands insurance through his work. He went to that appt and they were great. My husband lost his job and unfortunately we had to get Medicaid for my son. I tried to make his follow up appt, but when they found out he was on Medicaid I got the biggest run around...he needs a referal, no he doesn't...we don't take Medicaid, yes, we take medicaid, the dr's office needs to call with a referal and make the appt, no, you don't need a referal...after over a week of dealing with them and several hours on the phone, I called and ask "do you guys prefer NOT to take Medicaid patients, Because all I'm getting is a run around?!"...she said "yes, we have many Medicaid patients, let me talk with Stephanie" long story shorter, Stephanie called his dr, got a verbal referal and made his appt right then....I'm pretty sure had I not ask about the Medicaid, we'd still be trying to make him an appt.
