I am so elated! My home developed a musty smell and it was making me sick. I needed someone to determine if I had any leaks or mold in my home. They recommended tearing out the insulation in the Crawlspace, putting in foam insulation, encapsulation and venting. They were professional, thoughtful and thorough. I am so pleased with the results and no more musty smell!
Called Eric and he was out at our house the next day and went above and beyond for a simple inspection that allowed us to proceed with the sale of the house.

We’ve hired Crawlspace Doctor for two separate jobs, and been extremely happy with both. We previously paid another local company to encapsulate our crawlspace, and found out that they did an awful job. Erik was wonderful in helping us remedy the situation and solve our moisture issues.
