Gretchen and Ruth did a great job helping us to sell our home in the fall, after peak season. From start to finish they were organized and listened, while making good suggestions on what the house needed to sell, which included painting and carpeting, Gretchen was flexible but sensible on listing price and went out of her way to ensure work was finished in a professional manner, usually working with contractors herself. Her contacts also made sure all the little things were done well, like outside cleanup, indoor house cleaning, landscaping suggestions, and trash removal. Gretchen was amazing to work with! She was patient, direct, and organized. She had my best interests in mind and even continued to assist me after closing on my house. If I ever buy another home, I will absolutely use Gretchen and Bloomington Rentals and Realty again.

My experience with Bloomington Rentals and Reality has been wonderful! They were so very helpful and through them I have found the perfect apartment. I know that they are there anytime I need them. I cannot recommend them strongly enough!
