I’m glad I gave this company the benefit of the doubt after reading the reviews online. I scheduled an appointment to have my apartment carpets cleaned before I moved out. This company was a small business and their prices beat other local companies. Mason did a great job.My only two complaints: they were almost 3 hours late to my 10:30 appointment. They explained that their first job of the day took longer than expected, and that I could expect them around 12:30. At 12:30, I called to see if they were still coming and they told me it would be 20-30 more minutes. We were having trouble with our drier drying our clothing thoroughly... and we were starting to notice a spot of obvious moisture damage on our ceiling where the drier vent runs. We knew this was likely condensation from lint build up.
We called and they made it a priority to come out. Thank goodness they did because the amount of build-up that they removed was astounding!
They were clean, professional, knowledgeable and on-time.
We are SO GRATEFUL!
Spelled paint all over my hallway rug. I called BPCC. They were at my place in less than an hour. After they were finished cleaning up the mess you could not tell that i had spilled paint anywhere. Thank you BPCC.
