I recently had my Whirlpool dryer suddenly stop producing heat and after replacing several common parts myself, I was still stuck trying to figure out the issue. Not only did they help diagnose the problem, but they called me back shortly after to let me know they actually had the part in stock and ready for pickup. I was having a problem with my freezer and the guy at this place was very helpful and even had the part I believe I need in stock. He even suggested how I should test the old part before opening the new part and installing it. In case, it is another part in the unit that is bad.

DIY repair made easy with these guys! They have helped me to diagnose problems, showed me how to make the repair myself. They aren't necessarily the lowest priced parts but they are top quality. They have excellent customer service. Minor con: I wish they were open more hours! Lol
