Nothing but good experiences at Arlington Heights. I trust the vets and their staff. The bad reviews are unfortunate - seems like most people can’t be patient. Call, leave a message, and they’ll get back to you.

Very nice people. Treated us like we mattered and was concerned about our kitty. We have her on a diet, hoping she will lose weight. Thank you! We will definitely be going back, and we will be taking our other kitty.

Today we took him in hoping to get him seen, as he had woken up with an eye infection. The receptionist was very kind and quick to assist us. She spoke with the doctor and they agreed to see him immediately. He was also close to being due for his annual vaccinations… read full review
