She did a consultation with me first, and then we spent some time together for a Balayage. After getting home and using my own products, my hair wasn’t as light as I was hoping. I sent Jess a message and she was incredible! Such a polite and accepting reply (I had so many nerves about sending the text in the first place). She scheduled me asap to add a few more foils, and my hair is perfect now! The salon itself is so so cute and their bowls are actually comfortable. I’m so pleased to have a salon and stylist in Bargersville now!!”
