In a world of "billable hours only" they helped fix my geo over the phone and saved the service trip. I usually do pm work myself but I'll be reaching out to them from now on because of their honesty and helpfulness.

I have an older Genesis geothermal system and Pat does a great job every time I call for help. She is quick to respond and gives assistance over the phone to help me get the issue resolved myself, without an unnecessary service call. Thank you so much! Great work!
