“Walked in without an appointment. The front desk ladies were friendly and quick to get us checked in. The Vet saw my little old Chihuahua girl within 20 minutes! My dog is very nervous. Everyone was gentle and patient with my dog, encouraging her to relax. That helped me more than my dog! During the exam, the vet explained everything as she went along, and gave me useful info and several options to consider. I asked for an estimate. Within a few minutes, decided on a treatment plan. No pressure, no upselling—just courtesy and respect. I was relieved to get the help we needed right away. Thank you to the doctor and everyone else we met there. Friendly and professional, and they were so good with my little dog.“
