Not only is Tom Rooney an excellent builder, he is more importantly trustworthy. In addition to providing what we wanted, he made recommendation to make our Trex deck more pleasing to the eye. Further, he started and finished the project in a timely manner. Cost of deck was reasonable and finished product was excellent.
