My wife and I are very grateful that Matt had availability to diagnose our AC issue and to come out the following day for complete installation after our AC died over the holiday weekend. We have dealt with predatory companies that are aggressive, overcharge because of circumstance, and push unnecessary products & services but we knew right away when talking to Matt that this wouldn't be the case with Pleasant Temps.
