The ultrasound tech was over an hour late. While I understand things happen, she walked in the door 20Minutes ago and still hasn’t called me back and I was the first appointment. Due to this is has screwed up my 11am appointment and on top of the persons schedule who is watching my son in the meantime. They should have suggested a new time the following day to fix their error.

Totally and completely useless! Was instructed by 2 different surgery schedulers to go here for blood work. So walk in tonight and am told they no longer do blood work there..??!! What do you do here then?! Put a bandaid on peoples boo-boo's just to charge their insurance?! What a joke!

The receptionist is absolutely disrespectful and refused me service because their own machine was not working to take payments. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not ever come here.

Good experience. We made and appointment and it was quick visit. However, I put four stars because the atmosphere was really weird. Dim light, small waiting room, an ancient radio playing the national anthem. I felt like I was in the twilight zone.

Great experience here. I was from out of town and had a lingering cough. They were quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Peter was terrific. Took the time to get my history, asked questions about my symptoms and made sound recommendations.

Waste of time and money coming here. They were unable to diagnose my kid with anything. They were sure pricey tho for no results. $90 visit, $50 rapid strep test, $50 to send test out to double check for strep. Not able to give me provider tax identification number so I can file a claim with insurance to help cover the cost since they couldn’t verify my insurance at time of visit. Oh, and there wasn’t even a Dr, just a nurse practitioner who said my son could have tho e beginning of an ear infection but didn’t give anything to help with that. Better off going to actual urgent care in Oswego

My wait time was fairly quick. You have the option of waiting in your vehicle so they would call your phone when it was your turn. The PA was wonderful! She answered all my questions and was reassuring. ? This is my 2nd time here and my care was consistently amazing.

Worst doctor ever! Refused to test my mom for Covid and didn’t care that the only reason she went there was for a covid test. Dr. Peter Schorr should not be a doctor practicing for Edward-Elmhurst since he delayed my mom's patient care and she ultimately DID have covid and is now at Good Samaritan Hospital since she refused to let me take her to Edward Hospital.

Very nice office and staff. This was my First time there and they really make you feel welcomed and try to get you in as soon as possible. I was early for my appointment and I waited maybe 5min. The only thing I wish they had was rapid testing for Flu and Covid. That took two days for results. I would definitely recommend this office either way.
