Chuck guided my husband and I through every step of the process—from purchasing our beautiful dream lot and selling our existing home to designing our new home and overseeing the entire construction process. He met with us frequently during the planning phase to incorporate our ideal home ideas into the blue print. He was upfront about all building costs and how finances would be arranged. He was at our home building site every day checking on progress and monitoring the construction details. He only works with the finest subcontractors. Chuck gave us a building timeline that was realistic and in the end was right on target. Chuck is truly a custom builder who takes pride in his work.
