My experience with Mercy Pharmacy have always been positive.However, after my doctor diagnosis type A flu and sent the prescriptions to your pharmacy all was well until I arrived at 1:05 pm on Dec.31, 2019 to find your pharmacy closed. How do you justify closing on a non holiday when people need their medication?

I have been using this pharmacy since January and I find all of the staff that I have dealt with to be highly professional and very courteous each time I have been there. I have never waited more than ten minutes any time I have handed them a script in person. Anytime a script is sent in by my doctor it is always ready to pick up by the time I arrive. It definitely better than going to Walmart! Thank you and keep up the good work.

I've been using this pharmacy for 11 years now and I've NEVER had a bad experience with them. The people who work there are always interested in helping, friendly and concerned that I get the meds I need in a timely fashion. They often go the extra mile to make sure I have a good experience with them. I go at least 2x a month to pick up meds, and I've never seen them be rude to anyone else either. Over the years I've witnessed a few tense moments but in each case it was a customer who was being a jerk, and the employees always handle that situation professionally no matter what.
