We were really impressed with their availability and how soon they could get out to help us with 2 major issues days apart of each other. Super kind and helpful to us during frustrating times. They actually solved our problems and did it the right way vs putting a bandaid on it for temporary fix. Mike explained everything to us so explicitly so we were able to make informed decisions and have been very happy about that! Highly recommend this company!
Great service! We had them inspect and clean out our sewer line. They were punctual, communicated well throughout the process, and charged a fair price. Sending a shoutout to Golden Pipes Plumbing. Used them for the first time to help satisfy my town's backflow assembly inspection for my inground sprinkling system. Kristin in the office was super friendly and helpful in getting things scheduled and explained how much the inspection would cost. Mike arrived at my house on time and was equally friendly and helpful in explaining to me what he was going to do. He did find a small leak and diagnosed what the cause of the issue was. While he had to return to his shop to get the needed part and spent additional time at my home fixing the issue that I'm sure was unexpected on his part, he still charged what Kristin had originally...read full review
