“For 30 years I’ve had a “fear” of going to the dentist (bad experiences) so I neglected my teeth for a long time. Needless to say, I needed 2 teeth pulled, a serious deep cleaning and 5 fillings. I just moved to downers grove and this is right by my house so I thought I’d try it out. I just finished up with all of that work today and I don’t have enough words to thank Woodgrove Dental. Not only did my fear go away but I actually enjoy going and I know my health is better for going there. The girls at the front desk and the two female hygienists that have taken care of me are so friendly and welcoming and did a lot to calm my nerves. Dr. Aloor is a serious boss lady - she is quick, attentive and though she is straight to the point she doesn’t scold. You can tell her number one goal is to help people fix issues and better their health. My fiance was neglecting his oral hygiene as well so I made him go see Dr Aloor and he was not disappointed! I would recommend anyone ESPECIALLY those with dental anxiety to go see her. When I’ve been waiting either in the waiting room or chair I’ve heard multiple interactions everyone on the staff has with other patients and all of them are always respectful and kind. Dr Aloor is not only great with adults but children as well. I’d like to add that sometimes you have to wait maybe like an extra 10 minutes but that’s because she doesn’t rush and gives the best care to her patients. One time I waited a little longer but I could hear that it was because Dr aloor was taking extra care with a little girl who was having some anxiety so I don’t ever mind because that’s the care I get as well! I wish I could say more, but thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me to relieve my fears and for getting my teeth fixed! I will be coming to see her as long as she is practicing!“
