Took my daughter to Urgent Care due to a migraine. Abby was so sweet. She got her quickly in a room. The doctor was caring, understanding and ready to help! I'm so thankful for both of them. They took excellent care of my daughter ❤️
I Brought my 3 year old in for a possible ear infection. Was in and out and antibiotics prescribed for his ear infection.it All took 30 minutes or so, and the girls were nice to us no waiting.
Staff was excellent, however my prescriptions were to be sent to Alton CVS 24 hour pharmacy which no longer exists, tried to call your facility multiple times before your closing time to have it sent to Alton Walgreens and could not get an answer, so as of right now I have no clue where my meds were sent. I will need to call in the morning to see if my local CVS can find where they are.
