6/5 stars, amazing work. Michael re-soled my iron ranger boots. He patiently described the options and went through the catalogue of available sole styles and discussed the pros and cons of each potential choice. He even emailed me to confirm color and style before performing the work. My boots are more comfortable than when the factory sole was new. Bring your favorite footwear here, I couldn’t be happier. Love this literal "mom, pop & pup" shop. They do great work from putting scratch proof color matching anti slip bottoms on Louboutins to re-heeling my Timbos. And best part... they do not make me play the usual "Simon Says"...do a thing face covering to enter or get service like other businesses in Winnetka. They truly respect ppl's rights, do great work and have excellent business sense.
