I like his use of an app for at home exercises so I could do them any time and anywhere. I also appreciate that he showed me tools I could use at home to mimic manual therapy.

“This review is LONG overdue! Early 2023 I started having intense head pressure/jaw pain/tight suboccipitals, and pain in my temples. After seeing countless doctors, muscle testing practitioners, chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists, TMJ specialists, and dentists (even having a tooth extracted to see if that would relieve my pain), I found Albatross.
