“I had an emergency plumbing situation today. And having never needed a plumber at this home before since I’ve only lived here for less than three years I had no idea who to call. So I went online. I looked up the top three in the neighborhood and chose AM/FM Plumbing. I hoped I made a good choice and boy did I ever. The phone was still ringing when I received a text that said we’re sorry we missed your call. What did you need? Before I had finished texting my response. The lovely lady in the office called me back. We had a great conversation and she let me know that her plumber would be out between 11 and one this was 8:30 AM. 20 minutes later her plumber Terry arrived. From the minute he arrived he was not only professional, but courteous, kind, and helpful. At every turn, he let me know what it was gonna cost. If there was more if there was less we’re gonna have to have additional work done and he made sure to keep me updated as he checked all those things out and gave me estimates throughout including different options for what we might need. He also immediately connected me with Chicago water and fire mitigation service because of the damage in the basement and then worked with them upon their arrival to make sure that they understood the situation. I had to speak to the office again later this afternoon and again great personable fabulous conversation! While I was standing and talking to Terri about 10 minutes after he arrived, I got a phone call from Frank the manager of this company to check and make sure that I had been responded to in a prompt fashion.
