5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!! Working with Frankie of AM/FM Plumbing & Services Inc was a phenomenal experience. From his quick response to our initial call (on a Sunday no less) to his meticulous care and impeccable diligence in finding the root cause to our problem saved us thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars in potential damage. Thank you Frankie! You are our go to person from here on out!!!!!
Frank has been extremely honest and helpful with getting me through my plumbing issues. He was able to come out short notice during a home inspection to tell me exactly what was wrong with the plumbing as it was backing up in the basement. The information he was able to provide helped with negotiating with the seller to fix the issues at their expense. He made sure I was thoroughly educated about the potential future costs of old plumbing and the maintenance that would be required to keep it working. Hands down a super wholesome guy that has your back and I would recommend him to everyone.
Excellent Plumbing Service!!! Frank was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly with great customer service skills.He came out quickly and knew immediately what the issue was. He explained everything to me in great detail and answered all of my questions. He was so nice about everything. I will definitely use AM/FM Plumbing Services for any of my future plumbing issues if any arise. I will be referring my friends and family as well. I highly recommend this plumbing service if you want honest, quality affordable work done. My issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. This is a true and honest company.
