“We are so happy with The Dog Stop in Deerfield! This is only our second day bringing our puppy, Olive, and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team is incredibly friendly and caring — you can tell they truly love what they do.

They’ve been sending us the cutest pictures of Olive playing with her puppy friends, and she looks so happy and comfortable there. Olive is only 5 months old, and they’ve been so gentle and thoughtful with her — keeping her inside with her mini group of puppy friends instead of taking her outside. We really appreciate the extra care and attention they give her at this young age. It’s such a relief knowing she’s in great hands and having fun while we’re away.

“Victor loves the animals and what he does. He is an amazing groomer and is so patient and kind with the animals that he grooms. I went to the same groomer (one person one dog at a time) with my dog for 13+yrs until she retired. I wanted to find someone like her with just one person because my dog wouldn't be able to handle an environment with multiple groomers and dogs. It is truly hard to find and I feel extremely blessed to have found someone that makes my senior dog comfortable and does an amazing job, bonus he's in my neighborhood. “I have taken my dog to Higgins for a few years, my gf from Roscoe Village had referred me to Higgins Vet.
Everyone there was so attentive and nice, the receptionists were always so cordial and always called me back promptly.
During Covid the operations changed and it was absolutely fine, we parked in the back at their designated lot and called in and someone came to see and pick up our dog to take it to a consultation while we waited.

“We really cannot say how appreciative we are for Heidi at Dog Splash. We know she is a terrific groomer. That's why we've been taking both of our dogs there for the last four years. But it was this past visit when Heidi alerted us to one of our dogs having a lump and recommending we get our dog to the vet that really Highlights what kind of a person Heidi is and how she will take care of your dog. We did take our dog vet. We are still waiting on the results, but we know that Heidi alerting us and our ability to take quick action will have given us the best opportunity for a good outcome.
