When we were deciding whether to put a new roof on or put a second layer on top of the old one. Matt assured us that putting a second layer on would work. He also assured us that putting a second layer on would not prevent him from finding and fixing a leak that had broken through an upstairs bedroom ceiling. Matt was true to his word.

Matt Lynch and his team did an absolute amazing job installing our new roof and new gutters/down spouts. Matt (the owner) was very timely in all of his communications with us from the initial contact, to the quote and right through to the completion of the project. His onsite team was great, neat, professional and easy to communicate with. Matt was on site every day and at times helping his team. We had four quotes and Lynch was inline with them all. We are so happy with Matt and his team and very happy with our choice to go with them. We give them a 10/10 on every facet of our new, roof journey.

Matt Lynch and his team have been very good to me from the start. When I was looking to buy my house in Wilmette, Matt provided my realtor an opinion on the condition of the roof and cost to replace it. Then after I bought the house and the roof started to leak a few months later, he patched it up on short notice. When I was ready to get the roof replaced, his team efficiently did the job over two days and did a great job cleaning up my yard of shingles and nails afterward. Then Matt followed up with warranty info for my records. In the months since the work was done, the roof has held up great through heavy rain and strong winds.
